affix has partnered with a leading IT consulting company specialising in strategy, people, processes, and systems. Their SAP Business One Practice is dedicated to delivering, training, and supporting SAP B1 solutions alongside bespoke systems developed for their key clients. They operate across a diverse industry group providing their consultants with exposure to a varied and engaging project portfolio.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 Consultant for a 9 month+ daily rate contract to join this dynamic team as an experienced SAP B1 Functional Analyst to provide functional user support, backlog resolution, following some recent implementations of SAP Business One solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting users across the solution and being part of the support and development team. This is a hands-on role involving providing support, operational optimisation, training delivery, and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to improve user confidence.
Key Responsibilities include:

Provide post-go-live SAP functional support across all of the solution.

Collaborate with key SME stakeholders during the project delivery and the subsequent “Run” phase.

Identify process inefficiencies and training gaps across the solution lifecycle and propose improvement initiatives.

Work closely with business users and SAP support teams to resolve backlog items and system issues.

Deliver targeted user training and capability uplift activities to ensure consistent understanding of SAP B1processes.

Assist with documentation, and ongoing process adoption.

Comfortable travelling to client sites to provide on-the-ground support.
What You Bring To The Role

Previous experience as a SAP Business One Analyst with expertise in the BPA Platform Integration Solution

Proven experience in SAP Business One environments, particularly post-implementation and hypercare phases

Strong functional knowledge of SAP Business One processes.

Strong technical knowledge on the BPA Platform Integration solution

Confident delivering training and supporting end users with hands-on issue resolution.

Exceptional spoken and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
