The role is Sydney based, 6 month contract initially with the view of moving to perm.
The Role
As the Sales Development Representative, you'll be the vital first point of contact in their executives' health journey.
This is a dedicated outbound role where you'll secure health assessment bookings with eligible executives, partners, and directors – essentially opening the door to life-changing health insights for Australia's business leaders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting high volume of professional outbound calls daily to executives from client eligibility lists
- Achieving high conversion rates through confirmed daily bookings
- Following agreed contact sequences (SMS, call, email) while adapting to specific client protocols
- Representing EHS with warmth, professionalism, and credibility in every interaction
- Maintaining meticulous call logs, booking data, and CRM updates for reporting and compliance
- Providing cross-state support during peak demand periods or large client rollouts
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of EHS's standard and customised health programs
Success in this role means consistently delivering booking outcomes while maintaining the highest quality of executive interactions and strict compliance with client protocols.

- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or outbound telesales
- Proven success in high-volume, KPI-driven environments with consistent results
- Background in premium service environments (hospitality, professional services, or appointment setting)
- Professional presence and confidence when engaging with C-suite executives
- Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly while staying outcome-focused
- Maturity to handle rejection, maintain momentum, and stay positive under pressure
- Ability to thrive in structured, target-driven environments while ensuring positive participant experiences
