The Story

Join this leading national enterprise as they expand their Digital Trust Services program; a critical national initiative designing secure, human-centered digital identity verification experiences.

You’ll be working at the bleeding edge of Digital Identity and in a very complex environment, where you’ll use your service design expertise to support the roll out of new capabilities which are adopted across jurisdictions and in an ISO compliant environment.

The Role

You'll lead end to end service design for privacy focused, consent driven digital journeys within a regulated ecosystem spanning multiple jurisdictions across ANZ (think digital identity and digital wallets). Collaborating with government and industry stakeholders, you'll design user experiences that build public trust and drive measurable improvements in service adoption.

This is strategic, senior service design requiring someone who can facilitate cross-functional workshops, map business requirements across diverse partners, and create accessible, WCAG-compliant service blueprints from research through to implementation.

What you bring to the role?

You will have proven UX and Service Design experience gained in government, financial services, or high-trust ecosystems.  Additionally you will have:

• Expertise designing privacy, consent, or digital identity journeys within regulated environments

• Strong workshop facilitation and government stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, FigJam, ProtoPie, Miro)

• Knowledge of Australian privacy frameworks and WCAG accessibility standards

• Ideally a mix of commercial (e.g. financial services) and government sector experience

• Familiarity with government digital service standards
