The Role
The ERP Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance for the Pronto ERP system. This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting users with system functionalities, and ensuring the ERP system operates efficiently to meet business needs.
Additionally, the ERP Specialist will support process improvement and development within the ERP system to enhance overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide first-line support for ERP system issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Assist users in understanding and utilizing ERP system functionalities effectively
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to existing users
- Work closely with the ICT Manager and other departments to understand business requirements and implement necessary system changes
- Be responsible for the end-to-end support of FBV ERP and key supplementary applications, including ecommerce and Salesforce integration
- Implement process improvements in the ERP system to optimize operations
- Support the customization of the ERP system internally
- Document development and maintenance of the ERP system
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides
- Oversee all management and operational controls of the application and support the business with ongoing process improvements
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee and manage relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring their services and products meet the company's standards and requirements
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ERP system support (preferably with Pronto)
- Familiarity with database management, system integration, and software development
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., Pronto, Epicor, M3)
- Basic coding/development capabilities
- Understanding of finance/back-end systems
- Experience with warehouse operations preferred
- A valid driver's license for travel between our locations
